Short version: We do not store any personally identifiable information from engine calculations. No tracking cookies. No behavioral advertising. Aggregate analytics only.

What We Do Not Collect
Engine calculations performed on VALOR GAP, SERVICE SHADOW, and FIRST CALL do not store any personally identifiable information (PII). Inputs you enter into these tools are used solely to generate your result and are never written to a database, transmitted to a third-party analytics provider, or associated with your identity.
What We Do Collect
We collect aggregate, anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature interactions) through Cloudflare Analytics. Cloudflare does not fingerprint individual users or set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioral advertising technology. If you contact us at info@25alpha.ai, we retain your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
Third-Party Processors
The following processors handle data on our behalf: (1) Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, DDoS protection, and aggregate analytics. Their privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. (2) Amazon Web Services — compute and container infrastructure. Their privacy policy is available at aws.amazon.com/privacy. No processor receives PII from engine calculation inputs.
Cookies
We do not place advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Cloudflare may place a technical security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated bots. This cookie contains no personal data and expires within 30 minutes of the browsing session ending. A session-scoped identifier stored in sessionStorage (bravo_sid) is used solely to deduplicate visitor counts within a single browser tab. It is never transmitted to any third party.
Voice Inputs
The voice-first interface on 25 BRAVO uses the Web Speech API, processed locally in your browser. Voice audio is not transmitted to our servers. Speech recognition results are treated identically to typed inputs — used to generate your result and not stored.
Your Rights
Because we do not store PII associated with engine usage, there is no personal data record to request, correct, or delete. If you submitted an email to info@25alpha.ai and wish to have it removed, contact us at that address with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will remove it within 30 days.
Children
25 BRAVO is designed for veterans and individuals considering military service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data, contact info@25alpha.ai immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an effective date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
