By accessing or using 25bravo.us (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the Site and all services offered through it.

All veteran-facing tools and resources on 25 BRAVO are free to access. No account, no credit card, and no subscription is required to use any feature on 25bravo.us. This will never change.
Educational Purpose Only
All engine outputs — including VALOR GAP calculations, SERVICE SHADOW analyses, and FIRST CALL assessments — are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or official government guidance. Benefit amounts, eligibility requirements, and laws change frequently. Always verify information with your state Department of Veterans Services or an accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO) before making decisions.
Accuracy of Information
25 Alpha LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any information on the Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

The 25 BRAVO name, VALOR GAP, SERVICE SHADOW, FIRST CALL, and associated branding are trademarks or pending trademarks of 25 Alpha LLC. The underlying AI engine technology is covered by pending patent applications (PAT-128, PAT-129, PAT-130). All content on the Site is © 2026 25 Alpha LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or systematically extract data from the Site; (c) submit false information to manipulate engine outputs; (d) interfere with the security or operation of the Site; or (e) use automated tools to access the Site in a manner that imposes unreasonable load.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 25 Alpha LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
